| It is my belief , people ALWAYS believe their eyes. I practice what l preach. I have photos to prove and never embaress to take my shirt of. Motivating and assisting people is my VISION. I WILL feel truly honoured to make a change in your life. Firstly I prefer resistance training rather then intense cardio. More muscle burns more calories at rest point. So a person who weighs 80kg with more muscle will always burn more calories than a person with less muscle at the same weight. Similar to a car engine. A V8 engine burns more fuel than a straight 4 cylinder. Secondly, I prefer to stay lean all year around. Around 6-7%. At a lean body weight, Your body produces more testosterone ( muscle builder) and less estrogen ( muscle fighter) . | |

Q.Alex: How could I start to be a healthy person?
A.$$ugar: I believe that you are what you eat. PERIOD!!! so making smart choices is a great start. And if you can, Minimum 3 weights/ resistance training session per week
Q.Alex: How can I change my diet?
A.$$ugar: Eating 5-6 small meals a day . Mix of lean protein choices( ESSENTIAL) , vegetables (ESSENTIAL ) and moderate carbohydrates and good fats.
Q.Alex: Should I eat normal and stay healthy?
A.$$ugar: Yes, smart choices is key. Healthier bread, cereals , salad dressings,leaner protein selections, snacks & spreads
